Conflict Resolution Behavior Questionnaire: New Evidences of Validity

Abstract This study aimed to investigate new evidence of internal and external validity the Conflict Resolution Behavior Questionnaire (CRBQ) for context state Paraíba, Brazil. A total 252 people participated this study, being in a marital relationship, with an average age 38.3 years (SD = 10.87), majority whom were married (70%) female (57.1%). An Exploratory Factorial Analysis CRBQ pointed adequate structure three factors (agreement, avoidance, attack), alphas ranging from 0.75 0.77, which related personality traits. In direction, results are discussed, light specialized literature, it is concluded that psychometric adequacy expands can be used future studies Brazilian by researchers those interested subject.
